Ghostly music, brilliant white stars, a witch on her broom.
Cobwebs on a stair, candy apples, a candlelit room.

Scarecrows, cornstalks, vampires on the prowl.
Bats fluttering in the air, spooky ghost walks, a hoot of an owl.

Jack O' Lantern's, candy filled bags, "clowns" and "Superman" abound.
Children's laughter, the smell of spices, scary fog drifting on the ground.

Bales of straw, painted pumpkins, a 'spirited' moonlit stroll.
Eerie movies, ghost stories, parental warnings of a "coming in late" toll.

Spells cast in the night, candles burning at midnight, a moonlit dance.
Long dark cloaks, a meeting in the wood, a gypsy going into a "trance".

Glittering colors, tinkling laughter, a cauldron or two.
Chanting voices, mystical visions, a ghostly image in the morning dew.
