Taken from the above from an ancient poet;

I am a ghost; I am a prisoner of my own body and mind. I live in a cage of deception and lies. I have no key, therefore there is no escape.
I dream sometimes of a better world, But each day, I face adversity and fight against the minions of hell.
I live, I breathe, yet sometimes my mind cannot comprehend and I fail to see.
Thus it is as if I am a ghost caught in the presence of my existence and my time. Voices cry out into the night, screams through the darkness fall silent on this soul’s plight.
Days run on end as I see myself looking down at the coming of my end. I cry, I weep, yet joy and happiness evades me that I so much seek. There’s nothing I can do.
No words that I can say. Silent now; seems the words I pray.
Therefore in this prisoners mind, I relinquish the latter days of my time.
For I am like the wandering Jew, for I must wander the earth to fulfill my due. I am a ghost, I have no peace… I am a ghost, who has no soul and the silence of death do I seek.

This is a good one. Introspection from the mind of a ghost. Tough to write but comes out quite well.
