Ah, Spring! Picture from "City of Angels"

Something in the air this morning made me feel like flying To jump on my bike and dash down a hill Arms like wings and my eyes closed Wind wilding my hair in tangles. To see again The world as new, this day as precious, Smelling of lilacs, orange blossoms, and roses. Delighted to rediscover simplicity and joi de vivre Who among us would resist Spring?

To jump on my bike and dash down a hill

I do this almost every day as I live on a mountain and cycle down and back up again. Sometimes it does feel as though I am flying (not when coming back up though). Your verses are a fine ode to the new season, Eileen; very uplifting. Love and best wishes,
