Angela had that endearing and enduring pixie face that made her instantly recognizable. Although I'm not fond of whodunits that didn't watch Murder, She Wrote, I admire how long she ran with that series and those rewards she received. And the Manchurian Candidate is one of those cult movies that will be around and reviewed for a very long time.

It seems that the 20th century stars are leaving us every day now. But they have the good fortune that most of their works will live forever in cyberspace.

I worked in the department store the Broadway department store in Santa Monica and i met her coming into the ladies clothes department. I waited on her and recognized her immediately. I was star struck and will never forget it

I remember her best in "Murder She Wrote." I enjoyed that show for a few seasons. I can only remember two movies that I saw her in - 'Mr. Popper's Penguins,' and 'The Manchurian Candidate.' So much of your poetry, Betty, is regardful of others. I think that's admirable. Peace.... r
