When you lose someone dear, make sure they know how much you loved them and let them take your love with them.

Don’t Have Any Regrets!

I’ve lost so many loved ones, I can’t count them anymore.
Most happened quickly and hurt to my very core.
I never told them how much I loved them before they went away.
And saying I love you, would have been so simple to say.

I often regretted not saying the things that were deep in my heart.
For when they were gone, it was too late, and it tore me apart.
So everyday I tell someone, how much they mean to me.
I tell them that I love them, and I know that this is key.

So today, it’s time to tell Mary Lou and Bud, a very special two,
While you’re still here, you two must know, that I love both of You!

You are so correct in wanting to tell people you love them. Love is what makes this world and too many people use it wrongly. I enjoyed this poem very much. Keep on going, Love, Lois Christensen

Bonnie this is so tender and sweet, I'm sure you proved your love to those who are gone even if you didn't say it.
