Do you remember how you felt when you first fell in love, maybe if we could, we would find that love again.

Poem Artwork

Don’t Make a Sound!

You love watching him, when he doesn’t realize you’re around.
You try to be so quiet, without making any sound.
You love to watch his expressions that come across his face.
You love to watch him converse, when conversations take place.

He has no idea that you are standing there.
So he’s being himself and you can only stare.
How much you adore just watching him while he’s unaware.
How much you love and admire him, oh, how much you care.

He’s never alone, when he thinks you’re not around.
For you are always with him, you just don’t make a sound.
When he looks your way, he will see the love upon your face.
For he’s the only one you see, in this whole human race.

I love dreamy poems like this. You brought back memories of the times I did just what you have described, and then our eyes would meet across the room, giving me goosebumps.
Oh, those blue eyes!
Thanks for a lovely poem, dear Bonnie

My Bonnie...my first love didn't knew I existed on her planet...

Bonnie,
Beautiful tribute of love. In today's world of divorces, what a refreshing poem.

Blessings,
~Linda
