Great thoughts expressed herein! Last week, as a family, we started reading scriptures every night. It has amazed me just how prominent the theme is that we should ASK...and it shall be given us... Maybe it is just what I need to hear right now. Scriptures have a way of emphasizing what we need to hear each time we read them...pretty cool, isn't it??

What a GOOD bit of advice for all. I think I have eaten some of "That" stew by mistake a few times....hahahah, but will now follow your directions and pour it down the drain. Inspirational write. Take care my AD friend. Oh, I have started my new book now.

A good stew recipe. Know it works. Must put my aloneness down the drain again too. Any help I get is beneficial to me. And my thinking is sort of way off again today maybe dueto the dreary weather the last few days. Thanks Bonnie for inspirations of wellness.

Gratefully I have had my anxiety quota already filled up. Next stew will be a scottish mutton stewing it very very slowly until the meat gets butter texture and adding in the pot belly cauldron............

"Don’t you wish it were that easy to find peace inside?" -- it IS that easy. You see, we slow-cook our own anxieties, spicing it with fears and doubts, and we cook it down until it becomes a depression/fear gumbo which would kill us if eaten. I like the remedy/recipe in your poem. It works every time :-)
