Although my one true love and Soul Mate has left this World…I sense his Spirit, and his love around me..

                            When The Stars Peep Out…

When the stars peep out
of the evening sky,
and the Milky Way is clear,
My mind floats out to a distant place,
a place away from fear.

I see your smile before my eyes,
My heart and yours still one,
although you’re gone now from my life
your Spirit lingers on…

I feel your love encircling me,
I sense your hand on mine,
and know for sure we’ll always be
together for all time…

This is very beautiful, Diana. It has melody and melancholy. The tenderness is there. ~~ Diana, ‘the other’

HOW UTTERLY BEAUTIFUL! CHIMES FROM A HEART STILL FILLED WITH LOVE FOR A DEPARTED ONE, THOUGH UNSEEN...STILL SO VERY PRESENT. I CAN ADMIT THAT I HAVE A HEALTHY ENVY OF THIS KIND OF EARTHLY LOVE...FOR I HAVE NEVER KNOWN IT. ALL I CAN SAY IS...THANK GOD FOR JESUS WHO HAS FILLED THAT YEARNING, THAT SPACE...MIRACUOUSLY! THANK YOU SO ENTIRELY FOR SHARING THIS KEEPER. LOVE, BLESSINGS AND FAITH...HIS+INSPIRATIONS

Diana,

I have been reading your lovely poems for a long time. I always find your writings to be pleasing to the ear and highly emotional. My reviews of your pieces never quite capture the quality of your work, and for that I must sincerely apologize. Perhaps one day I can put into words exactly how your poetry makes me feel within my soul. You have a gift that is to be admired by all writers on AD.

This is such a lovely poem. It shows the adoration of one's beloved. Innocent devotion. Pure love. "...a place away from fear...My heart and yours still one...I feel your love encircling me, I sense your hand on mine," Pure poetry!

Lovely! Ethereally spiritual and all-encompassing in love shared. I can completely relate to the theme (meanings and emotions within it) that you share through your verses here, Diana. Love, peace, and best wishes to you with many blessings,

Regis. 🙏🌳💚🐦🦋

We know our loved ones are amongst the stars. We reach out to them and feel them touch us gently on our skin. Beautiful indeed!!!

yes, when we love and lose someone, the stars seem to draw our hearts there way as if they have some kind of answer or a connectivity of love...well done Dianna.

Such a lovely and loving tribute to one's loved one, gone in fact, but still living in spirit. Beautifully and touchingly rendered, Diana. I hope someday someone will write about me in such a way.

This was beautiful. I"m sure this is written about someone very special to you. In my life it could apply to so many people that have touched my life. I enjoyed reading this soft and tender poem today.
