Like Frank Davis, you're a "Naturally N'Awlins 'Yat" if you love foreigners like Smiley, his writers (all of us) and all the great wit he employs!

P.S. I'm gonna get Mayor Mitch Landrieu to give Smiley a "Key to the City" (Free poboys anytime/anywhere!), since he is such an ADVOCATE for my roots (even if they are below sea level!)
