God, religion, prayer

No matter how you yell at me no matter the names you throw I have one dear true friend This is all I need to know When I'm worn and tired and feeling all alone I raise my eyes to heaven And the truth to me, is shown I am not really all by myself I have a friend, you see It is a matter of faith and trust He's put that feeling in me God has answered me time and again He did not shew me away He opened up his heart to me He did it again today No matter where I end up in life No matter who stays by my side I'll never forget my one true friend or the day he chose to die
