Roses have a sweetness all their own
Color was a subtle pink
When the petals were
Pulled back-
A more prominent color
Was exposed
When two roses become one
A union has begun
Women have choices
More than ever...

It's about time, but there's still a lot of work to do. Most of the world's religions still demean women and that needs to change.
