Same here, much to my regret, I liked some of my loves, and hated to let them go but they just didn't clic with me in the right way. I forgave them all though, and memories I still have, good and bad.

Sometimes it is better to let go, but if that isn't possible, hang on to whatever you have to hold on to.

Letting go is sure a hard thing to do especially when you still want to hold on. The thing is, as you have written, "But never Forget"! There lies the wisdom.
