Cleanse
By leaving behind new soil for tilling
New seeding of life yet to come

Storms That Pass
Remind
That nature's cycle can't be altered
With every storm there is sunshine to come

Storms That Pass
Grant
Those who respect its power
An aftermath reaching out to heal the wounds

Storms That Pass
Are
Reminders that without the darkness
We might never know the light.

Storms provide the essence for life by altering chemicals in the air and soil, by moving dust from one part of the world to the other, and spreading seeds. Not to mention the water they bring to the parched earth. There is much to be honored in a storm that is often overlooked in the fear of the moment.
