Socrates Sleeps Little
by Odin Roark
Rainbows collapse into molten ooze
As lodge sweat purges the stubborn ignorance
And minds struggle to coalesce into white-hot light
Urging the searing truth of falsehood to vanish.
Melting cools,
Resistance to truth defenseless,
Resonant dreams continue to vibrate for all,
Save those who live void of beingness.
Socrates sleeps little
And patiently waits.
