To Be or Not to Be

As leadership in the world seems to continue spiraling downward, desperation only furthers the crisis of those of consciousness and conscience. For most of us, all of the worldly distraction begs us only…. (image by pinterest)

Poem Artwork

To Be or Not to Be…

Insane?

That which is not sane is said to be insane.

And who might the judges be?

The “theys” of the world,

So…

What price must be paid by these self-proclaimed standard bearers

whose habitual contempt is only made darker by refusal

to be part of Man’s conscience seeking individual truth,

touching fear as viscous mutations parading life’s “what ifs”,

smelling the acrid stench of ignorance masquerading as humility,

seeing arrogance as fear’s ready defense against curiosity,

hearing complacency as an anthem to exhaustion,

tasting the victory of considering madness as eloquence?

Might this be the price Man’s evaluators risk

as we continue to drink of passions beyond the shadows

and beneath the soil that feeds all,

while condemners suffer beneath the bedrock of captivity?

For the deeper the spiritual travel…

Where all is nothing and nothing is all,

the honest state of mind might be realized as being

in-sane with the state of being in-love,

the quintessential path to being as one.

To Be or Not to Be

requires no judgment,

only truth.

That's it! That. Is. It. Who are these "judges" indeed! I spoke with a Professor Katz who was in a mental facility near Cleveland, Ohio. He had been a professor of medicine and science at Berkeley and said he found the cure for cancer but was tucked away here and proclaimed "insane". By the way, he told me that it starts with megadoses of Vit. C..

Love ya!

Amen. The end of the poem says it all, otherwise it's the quagmire or the skull in the graphic. without the flesh and blood, without the humanity.
