Does leave one with a sour taste in one's mouth. And the most seductive of all is the money. The money that flows in from ignorant supporters and rich manipulators who make sure that there are deals to be made or risk cutting off the honey flow.

Just today I see that Congress is proceeding ahead with a bill to stop measles in its tracks. Must be orchestrated by the righteous right. Or at least those people who believe that God protects them from childhood diseases and they don't need to have nasty inoculations of dead diseases. And then, like much of politics, their intentions backfire. Why don't they just get smart, understand the science behind immunization, and take their shots like good little sheeple they really are.

Better yet, give them a lollipop along with the shot so that it won't hurt so much.
