Squaring Circles
rhythmic saturation
beat banging
edge ringing
bells imploding
microbial dithering
extremes of the tick tock
dickory dock
reminding the alive
who needs a clock
to listen
is to hear
with all the senses
tissue stretched
bumpety bump
blood surging
muscles of the mind
stretching synaptic melodies
ripening the melancholy fruit
swaying the anxious limbs
engorging the reticent vines
the season's harmony
tis a symphony of the age
finding infinite movements
awash in ethereal seduction
needs awaiting their harvest
pulsation of the unknown
opening veins of return
the flow reminding
circles never cease
rings have no end
no beginning
they
like us
just
are
yet
even as nature patiently waits
try we will
to square
the beat
the pulse
to make sense of
life and death
Many may deny Be Here Now, but…
how anxious we are to control
the strokes that afford insight into
the endless circuitous nature
of existence
that is
being here now
Love ya!
