Resuscitation Needed

Oxygen struggles

Water dwindles

Voices choke

Fragrance wanes

Taste sickens

As Man continues to embrace

Unconsciousness

When might…

Oxygen become non-toxic

Water unpolluted

Voices listenable

Fragrance returned

Taste sweetened

Perhaps…

Only in a mythical world

Where reality

Will be resuscitated

Through actions made poetic

And voices overcoming gasps once of the past

Re-discovering human honesty

With nature’s

Truth

Organisms

May very well be

One and the same

With ecosystem-truth

But

Just as all forms of storm

Can erode all aspects of Nature

So too can man’s behavior

Destroy his right to claim symmetry
