CURSED ARE THE BIRTHS
that make up their dreams
that never quite come true
except in their dreams
CURSED ARE THE DREAMS
that live for their birth
that wait to be fertile
yet accept not the dawn
CURSED ARE THE DAWNS
that refuse to shine brightly
that refuse to give birth
that refuse to grant dreams
BUT BLESSED ARE THE DEATHS
that accepted the unlived births
that always demanded not of dreams
that allowed their life to dawn

Most of my "daring" dreams cannot be published because they would be probably banned and I might even have SWAT coming to my door.
For example, a teacher of English in a local high school, posted an assignment where the students had to respond to the N-word and find out why its meeting at changed over time.
A very good study of the literary use of the word, now facing protest and calls for firing the teacher.
