Might We
Might we know so little?
Does the eye-to-eye bother us?
Will truth of purpose
In design’s innate evolvement
Leave us
Without
Connection?
Might we…
Be of inherent panic
To think we are not superior
To Nature’s non-Homo Sapient beings,
The ones unwilling to obviate their normal,
A normal that has no problem being authentic,
Comfortable in a less convoluted lifestyle that
Asked so often to be something or someone we’re not.

We are that close to that kind of behavior. We honor war and condone killing as some sort of ritualistic necessary evil in order to conquer our rivals with God on our side.
It would be nice if we were just a bit smarter, a bit more civilized, and could move towards solving real problems rather than spending too much time on bickering over trivial things.
