It's something I read some time ago in 'Creative Confidence' by John Kelley and David Kelley. Seems apropos in context. "When people rise above the fearfulness’s that block their creativity, myriad new possibilities emerge. Instead of being rendered powerless by the prospect of failure, they see every experience as an opportunity they can learn from. The need for control keeps some people stuck in the beginning stages of a project. By cultivating creative confidence, they can use their uncertainties as a kind of impetus that allows them to leap into action and accomplish things they never dreamt possible. Thanks for sharing. r
