Judy would spend time when she could not sleep writing poetry.

                         "The Fight"

I wake each day with the light of the sun, wondering when this will all be done.

I thank the Lord and friends who call, trying to make sense of it all.

I am happy and sometimes sad, I feel alright, but some times mad.

I know that I can win this game, yet so much time and then the pain.  I laugh alot and struggle through, with the thought

"someone has it worse than you. "And so I spend my time confused, would this be something I had to choose.

I was given an illness which I can beat, I get by day by day-I stand on my feet for lying down would be giving in, what could I have done, what kind of sin.

I know that when Im done, Im not for there may be another spot.  And so I ask my friends to pray to say a little word each day.

so that I may heal, body and soul, and move on to watch my children grow......
