A writer's life is far too lonely,
Sometimes out,
But most times in,
then out again...
grasping life's essence of emotions,
like air for breathing.
The Bottom Fish rises
to socialize
among strangers and friends,
nurturing itself on ideas,
like a natural sponge,
embracing the status of "Chameleon."
Once full, it floats like  a puffer fish,
to a place of solitude to begin
the task of preparing language
that tells stories
of souls met along the way.
