Dedication for those loved ones lost on September 11, 2001
I don't know what to do
I can't see through these eyes
She helped the child grow
to the man you see outside
I lost it all on Tuesday
now I hold our child
In her eyes I see
the better part of me
She still walks these halls
Her clothes are all still here
When I close my eyes
her scent whispers in the air
We had so many dreams
All shattered on that day
When I wake tomorrow
it won't go away
When the towers fell
I tried to disbelieve
All that was lost
meant everything to me
Have you seen her face?
Please take a look and see
The fortune of my life
is the better part of me.
