A Deadly Case of TMI, a fairy tale

TO ALL IT MAY CONCERN!
A suspicious-looking individual, surrounded by fumes of sherry, a cup of tea in hand, escorted by a giant orange cat carrying a wooden stake, was noticed lurking around the departures platform at Paddington Sunday night.
The police arrived at the scene promptly enough to arrest the tea-drinking individual who, as discovered upon hospitalization, suffered from a severe case of the dreaded TMI in its incurable stage.
Remember, the giant orange cat is still at large and could also be infected.

Last seen wearing a black leather jacket, a matching pair of boots and a white Panama hat.
Is armed and dangerously obnoxious.
Beware, fellow citizen, TMI is highly contagious! Incubation period varies, so do the symptoms, but the outcome, if gone untreated, is no other than lethal. TMI, described by professor L. Doyle and otherwise known as Too Much Imagination, is generally transmitted through reading hand-written notes. So keep your eyes shut!
