CRACKING THE MATRIX CODE
By

I have to be very cautious here, as I am tiptoeing over nails and egg shells along the invisible thin line between sanity and insanity. But, there are some annoying ‘symptoms’ of a simple but powerful idea that have to be exposed in order to widen the narrow lane that bridges our dual realities—the known and the unknown. Without such an attempt the symptoms just cloud the distinction which demands exposure for us all because it hides the real truth we all seek.
So here goes nothing, but really everything. We are all on a very important mission in life and that mission is to know, understand and live the mystery of life, which remains unknown, misunderstood and forever mysterious, despite our imaginative efforts. And we keep trying anyway, becoming more an unknowing victim of insanity, at least until we gain a vague, awakening awareness of a certain symptomatic Matrix reality we have created.
Then we serendipitously crack the Matrix Code, which we all must do to get to the finish line in our success quest. A big part of the secret to cracking the code is in understanding the meaning that things are rarely as they first appear, deep enough to comprehend such realities as life is really the death of existence and we have all in our own unique way unconsciously collaborated in pulling off the biggest hoax of all! When this ultimate truth actually sinks in, it all becomes laughable and cryable at the same time. Only then do odd things begin to make sense.
This difficult transition from being fooled to understanding is the very object of the basic creative process itself, which is the mystery of life.—the genuine matrix of continuous growth of our awareness of the source of life and who we are. Now the secret is completely out. Does this revelation make sense? It either does or doesn’t and there is nothing more I can do to clarify it in trying to produce a connection to bring about one outcome or the other. You either get it or don’t and sometimes when you don’t think you do, you do. That is strange but true . Try the little Japanese IQ test with getting all the people across the river that is floating around the Internet. Then you will know what I am talking about.
In the meantime you are beginning to get puzzled and want to ask, “What does all this abstract mumbo-jumbo mean and what does it have to do with anything practical and important?” Have you ever had problems at work or in a relationship or been disturbed by an annoying physical problem? Would knowing how to solve these sorts of problems be important enough to understand well enough to be successful in solving them? Of course it would!
First of all, you can’t control or change anything in reality if you don’t see the thing clearly and completely. Partial, foggy views just don’t cut it. You look in the mirror to see yourself. But what are you actually seeing? All that you actually “see” are the imagined symptoms of your four main parts—mind, heart, soul and body. That is all you have to go on, but if you really look closer to see past what you are looking at, you will increase your self-understanding and get a much better picture of who you are You will also see how you are allowing your own false matrices to needlessly hold you hostage until you don’t have to. Then you are where you want to be—free to live and enjoy the mystery of live.
Now apply this all to a real live problem at hand. Six months ago, I had an accident that resulted in a severe knee injury and significant immobility and limitations. And that resulted in a real problem for me that I and other highly trained people tried to “cure.” But how can you cure something which you are not really seeing or understanding? You can’t.
Life is really just one big problem to solve and you can’t begin to solve all the little daily problems that make up life until you study the surface symptoms closer. Then something amazing happens. You start to imagine a positive purpose to the most un-enjoyable experiences, which gradually takes the edge off the pain. In turn you begin to accept and make friends with that which you have been trying to avoid and run from. In other words, what you resist persists until you don’t. Understanding is an underestimated cure-all. At the very least it lets you know what you can change and how to do it; at the very best it dissolves a problem completely.
The mystery of life involves the effort to understand the symptoms well enough to understand what little mysteries they are hiding. Of course the biggest mystery of all, is hidden away in the best hiding places in our minds, hearts, souls and bodies—right out in the open. After all, it takes awhile to see the obscure, and the obvious even longer. Or is this just a self-imposed matrix?
I can only begin to solve my leg problem when I realize that my knee has its own mind that thinks, a heart that feels, a soul that knows and a body that behaves and then allow these things to work together to get back to normal by not having to, but doing it anyway. Does that mean I can’t help out by letting the orthopedic surgeon practice his medical thing and the physical therapist her exercises in pain for gain? Of course not. Successful problem-solving is a team effort to see and understand the symptoms clearer and what clues they are trying to tell you. That is the purpose of symptoms. But the trees are often hard to see from the forest.
In the end, all we really need to do to solve most problems is to regain the senses of humility and awe we were born with. We can only fool ourselves by remaining within own self-imposed matrix until the secret gets out. And it always does sooner or later. The next time you want to be more successful in solving any problem, just look close enough to see what the noisy symptoms are hiding from you. And when you learn to see what you are looking at, share the secret with others. Problem-solving success secrets are something worthy of passing on. By the way, my knee feels much better now.
