When computers first came out and I was over in Australia running a prison I fiddled around with our Commodore 64 and "programmed" a way for the inmates to estimate their chances for success upon release. Now-a-days most prisons have their own customized release readiness assessment instruments for parole/release consideration based on the incidence of the most common recidivism predictors, like age, a job, length of sentence, prior record, financial stability, offense category, treatment programs completed, disciplinary record in prison, community support, etc. I probably could have made a small fortune if I carried through on my initial ideas. I have to assume that you developed this self-assessment tool of leadership. I downloaded it and took a look. I believe it is an excellent way for someone to assess their leadership abilities. I must give you congratulation for creating this tool and for providing it for all of us on or reading AD articles.
My assessment of individual educational philosophy, primarily for teachers, that I developed during my doctoral dissertation, was a computer program that was never written (cost prohibitive at that time), so it was never available. The instrument was meant to be interactive and self learning using a terminal, or the Internet to both provide the answer like your assessment and collect data verifying that the questions used were valid and reliable.
