Leaders in their bit to attain office vow to eleviate poverty, but it never happens. I guess poverty help to make the world go around. Poverty, in so many way, has a negative impact on a country. It produces crime, high death rate, weaken an economy,and increases illiteracy.

I think poverty could be eradicated through a world efford, by establishing organizations overseered by well respected and educated persons,in every country. Of course this would take billions and billions of dollars, but it can be done. The united Nation is already a coalition but it should not only be for the purpose of war and human rights issues. After all, we are our brother's keepers, no matter what colour of the skin,ethnicity or place of origin.

Having said all of the above-- If i was the president of the united states, i would give every ameican a million dollars just for being and american, because it's the greatest nation of all times. "The land of the free and braves."
