Good thoughts Nicole. There is much suffering in your nation, as there is in Haiti. Suffering people blame and hate instead of cooperating to see what can be done working togeather to address the problems. The world is watching the U.S.A. but they are not laughing. It is truly worrying that America seems to be going through a kind of mass hysteria.
I like OBama a lot, as do many Canadians, and it is amazing how he maintains his composure throughout this onslaught of venom. Everyone needs to take a breath and relax.

This is an incredible article and some mighty incredible replies as well. Nicole Weaver calls for civility towards President Obama while asking, “When will all the bashing stop?” Then only two lines later launches in on a full paragraph of Bush bashing.

The bashing barrages started as soon as the Democrats could direct their fellow leftist in the media to start the "War on Bush" (which has never stopped)and still not sound unpatriotic while we were at war with terrorists. Of course, the media moguls are experts at this.

It is quite apparent that the Bush bashing continues, to answer Nicole’s question. It’s funny too, really. The Dems wanted Bush to “spend” (they always want to spend), they voted for all of it (except for the war – you remember - when they voted for it before they voted against it). They voted for the bail-out (for the most part) and pushed for it, but now and forever blame Bush for giving them what they wanted.

Nicole Weaver said Bush “ruined the economy”. She doesn’t mention Dodd, Reid, Frank, Pelosi and all the other Dems that caused the Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac debacle and fought – who were those guys again? – oh yeah, Republicans, from fixing it. No, she blames Bush, of course.

I suppose she meant the money spent on the War on Terror – which the left didn’t want to fight at all, apparently. She might have meant Bush’s “Stimulus Bill” as well. We Republicans (for the most part) agree with her on that. We did from the beginning of the “Stimulus Bill”.

We were against Bush on that. We still feel the same today – since Obama is just doing the same thing only quadrupled. But for Nicole and her “ilk”, it’s racists to say so. It's okay to be against Bush but not Obama when he does the very same thing. (I predicted this, by the way, in my articles – “President Obama is not Allowed to Fail” and “The Coronation of a King” in January of 2009)

Bush started it, now let Obama finish it by making the same mistakes that Bush made only four-times as bad – four-times faster – four times as costly, says Nicole Weaver and respondents.

Now those on the right (who haven’t changed their opinion since the Bush Stimulus Bill) are the equivalent of the KKK and want “…another civil/racial war in this country?” How amusing – and completely ludicrous.

Nicole, I don't know when the Obama bashing will stop, but when it comes to bashing Bush, apparently - ENOUGH IS NEVER ENOUGH.

Amen, I am sick of the name calling and childish behavior. This situation is nothing more then racial in nature. I live in East Tennessee and I am white. I hear the names that people call the President and then say, "It's not racial." Yes, it is racial! I know some people HATE him just because he is a Democrat and won the election, but this Tea Party crowd is nothing more then the KKK with a new name.

Amen! Amen! Amen! Nicole. What a beautiful article. You are indeed correct, enough is enough. The sad part is the majority call themselves leaders, and what kind of example is this for our children. If we want children to respect authority, then they must see and hear us spekaing respectfully about our leaders. How can we mold children with morals and ethics when we act so disrespectful towards leadership?
