MARYLAND AUTHOR INSPIRES HEALING AND HOPE
BALTIMORE, MD- On July 30, 2008, Xulon Author, Shelly L. Rainey experienced a devastating loss, one thatchanged her life forever. After the unexpected early terminations of two pregnancies and a diagnosis of Crohns disease, the young Maryland wife and mother endured the passing of her new born daughter just two days shy of becoming a month old.
“After losing my daughter I was overwhelmed with grief and I didn’t know how I was going to make it through each day. My daughter was diagnosed withNecrotizing Enter colitis only two days short of losing her life”, said Rainey.
After months of horrifying sleepless nights, Rainey decided to share her experience and write a book that would capture the hearts of many. In the author’s first inspirational memoir, The Fragile Heart, she shares her heartbreak experiences of losing three children and a career due to illness in hopes of inspiring others facing difficult, life altering situations.
