Representatives from rich countries and poor countries sit together to have a meeting.

The president of the meeting talk first, he said:" Our earth lost it's balance, which caused a lot trouble. Scientist predict the earth will become unsuitable for human being to live in a few decades. we're here to discuss how to solve this problem today."

The representative of the rich countries stand up first, he said:" This is not our fault! We refuse to give up our life style!"

The representative of the poor countries followed him, he stand up said:"Agree! We admire rich countries' life style! We're just do our best to catch up with rich country!"

At this moment, Scientist serve as president's advisor stand up, He said:"According to my calculation, if everyone live rich country's life style, we totally need four earths to hold the current population." Then the president stand up, he said:" All right, now we will launch a project to search outer space to find the other three earths and send people there."

The scientist stand up again, said:"According to my knowledge, the chance of find another earth is one in a thousand million. Not saying the cost of sending people there." Then the president stand up, he come to a final conclusion:"Those who are rich are encouraged to invest in this earth searching project and will get free tickets to fly to new earth; Those who didn't invested to the project but affordable to buy tickets are encourage to buy tickets to fly to new earth when it be found; Those who are poor and living in poor condition have to stay in this earth we are living now. The meeting is dismissed."
