Last night I watched another documentary entitled “UNCONSTITUTIONAL.” Do yourself a favor and rent it. Our individual rights, liberties, and freedoms as Americans are being whittled away by ALL of our so-called representatives. This particular film goes into detail to explain how and why the “U.S.A. PATRIOT ACT” is so HEINOUS. Detail by detail, the participating presenters explain exactly which Articles and Amendments of our Constitution are being totally IGNORED and TRASHED.

WE THE PEOPLE have been bamboozled by: the President, Congress, the Judiciary Branch, specifically the Attorney General, and most of the upper echelons of our government. Since 2001, many people have been incarcerated with no access to any legal assistance whatsoever. HABEAS CORPUS has been violated. The Geneva Convention has been violated. WHO CARES?

In these past five plus years, through the auspices of the A.C.L.U.’s efforts, several cases have finally gone to Court, and the illegality of some of these actions have been decried by Federal Judges! Even illegal ‘search and seizures’ without Warrants have been perpetrated – all in the perfunctory name of PATRIOTISM! The sad part of all of this is that the majority of American citizens DON’T EVEN HAVE A CLUE!

Everyone is so wrapped up in his or her own little worlds, or cocoons that they believe this ‘flag-waving’ is honestly being done for our safety and benefit. The supposed intent of discovering and thwarting ‘terrorist acts’ has actually backfired, and has been a dismal failure. It has been the cause of many factions of our society to become even more distrustful of any and all levels of government now. Instead of pulling people together for the ‘common good’ it has caused fragmentations by and between various ethnic and religious factions. In essence, rather than promoting the first part of our U.S. MOTTO – “United we stand…” it is causing separations, like the second part – “…divided we fall!”

AMERICANS – WAKE UP! SMELL THE STENCH! FOR GOD’S SAKE OPEN YOUR MINDS! UNDERSTAND WHAT IS HAPPENING – A HANDFUL OF ‘GODLESS INFIDELS’ – WOLVES IN ‘SHEEP’S CLOTHING’ ARE CHOPPING AWAY AT OUR LIBERTIES!

If for any reason, you think I am over-reacting, then consider these facts: THIRTEEN (13) STATES and OVER TWO HUNDRED MUNICIPALITIES HAVE PASSED THEIR OWN LOCAL LAWS, PROHIBITING CERTAIN ACTS from the Federal government from being perpetrated within their LOCAL AREAS!

There is no way that I can relay to you how IMPORTANT this issue is --- a brief synopsis can not do this film justice --- you NEED TO WATCH IT, in order to comprehend the depth of INJUSTICE that has occurred thus far.

Unless WE THE PEOPLE SPEAK OUT – this UNCONSTITUTIONAL UN-PATRIOTIC ACT may continue in PERPETUITY – AD INFINITUM – not unlike a SEAL of DEATH stamped upon our INDIVIDUAL FREEDOMS!

As a parenthetical note, before closing, also consider this. Last night I watched a SPECIAL on Maryland Public Television, which was all about THE HOLOCAUST and AUSCHWITZ --- when one realizes the similarities of the processes instigated by the Nazis, in order to ALLOW a HANDFUL of FANATICS to MURDER MILLIONS --- it is bone-chilling, to say the least, that SOME of these methods have already been INSTITUTED and EMPLOYED by our OWN GOVERNMENT REPRESENTATIVES!

In 1939, the Nazis BANNED SMOKING! Now it is happening all across America! A perfectly LEGAL product, available all over the shelves of stores in America (and producing huge sums of money in TAXES) is being declared VERBOTEN – FORBIDDEN! Just wait until THEY do the same thing with ALCOHOL! What will be next? TWINKIES? FAST FOODS? GREASES? FATS? CANDIES? CHOCOLATES?

Will you just sit back and wait for it to affect some product or service that YOU LIKE? Who will come and ‘bail you out’ after you have been absconded in the middle of the night? Who will even KNOW? Who will even CARE?

They BANNED WORSHIP and RELIGION! We sat idly by, many years ago, and through our APATHY allowed only NINE people on the Supreme Court to BAN GOD IN OUR SCHOOLS! Now, that CANCER is being applied to our National Buildings, Statues, Monuments --- THEY are making America become a GODLESS NATION! And in doing so, are causing other Nations and Religions to literally HATE US! Not unlike a stampeding flock of sheep, rushing off the edge of a dangerous precipice – WE THE PEOPLE have been DUPED!

To that end, are you even AWARE that the THREE ABRAMIC RELIGIONS – Judaism, Christianity, and Islam – are so-named because they ALL STEM FROM THE SAME ROOTS? They BELIEVE IN and WORSHIP the SAME GOD! THE SAME CREATOR! THE SAME GENESIS! THE SAME ABRAHAM!

If only the millions upon millions upon millions of these followers, or worshippers, would REALIZE this, and UNITE in LOVING BROTHERHOOD --- what a better, more tolerant, more peaceful world this could be! Why have the LEADERS of these sects allowed a mere HANDFUL of fanatics to seize upon and distort their MINOR differences?

Is it perhaps the same reason that America, along with many other countries, has ALLOWED APATHY TO GROW WITHIN, LIKE CANCER?

FOLLOWING BLINDLY IS WRONG!
NOT QUESTIONING IS STUPID!
ABANDONING COMMON SENSE IS REPREHENSIBLE!

UNCONSTITUTIONAL !!! Just what does this important word mean? It means that something goes AGAINST the Principles and Precepts, upon which our Founding Fathers BUILT THIS NATION!

Whether you like it or not, whether you believe it or not, whether you CHOOSE as an individual or not, to be either a BELIEVER, or an ATHEIST --- the Majority of these founders were BELIEVERS IN GOD --- that is an indisputable fact, and can be verified throughout thousands of sites on the internet.

The Principles contained in our Constitution came from a common source, seated in Faith --- THE TEN COMMANDMENTS! That same Federal Constitution is the BASIS of most, if not all, of the individual STATE Constitutions! It has been the MODEL for many other Constitutions, of other NATIONS, across the world!

By GOD, what could possibly be any simpler? I challenge you – take ten minutes, and just GO READ THEM! If every person, of every nation, of every creed, simply HONORED and OBEYED these ten tenets, we would ALL be enjoying a world of: PEACE, JUSTICE, FAIRNESS, HUMANITY, TRUTH --- a Utopian dream?

In closing, let me also express another concern. FREEDOM OF SPEECH – while this is covered by the FIRST Amendment, and we are supposed to be protected from punishment for criticizing government officials, I must admit that, more and more, as I freely express myself and my opinions, sometimes I do WORRY that I’m secretly being added to some covert “hit list.”

But, guess what, Pilgrims – be that as it may, I feel deeply; therefore I must speak out, no matter what the consequences may be. If, somehow, in some small measure, I may cause others to think, or even to ACT, then I shall consider myself to maybe have served some purpose, not unlike Thomas Paine, perhaps?

On average, I watch twelve to fifteen DVD’s or movies per month. While traditionally, these have been mostly ‘Hollywood’ productions, for enjoyment, or escape --- here lately, I have purposely chosen and watched many controversial DOCUMENTARIES.

There are many things ‘wrong’ with our world, our government, and our society. And there are other knowledgeable people out there, who have not only taken the time to produce such informative disclosures, but also, in many cases have risked their own money to do so. That is commitment! The least we can do is to take the time to watch their efforts.

The Patriot Act --- UNCONSTITUTIONAL !!!
