The power of choice, and in every moment of every day we all have this ability to select our path forward

If you are trying to create success in your life (which can mean many things) I have found that there is no substitute for commitment.

At first glance this might seem obvious...that we must commit to something to make it happen.  But in reality we many times mistake action with commitment.

Here is how it works.  We get up and say "I want this", and then start to work.  But a part of us inside is nervous or doubtful or hesitant, and so does not fully 'buy in' to the process.  This results in commitmentless action'. which has much less power.

To commit to something is to say 'I will' and mean it at a deep level.  It is the feeling of 'yes' to a particular course of action.  When I work with clients I ask them to first say 'yes' to the process of growth...because I know that if they don't they will be wasting their money.  When people do commit to themselves they can do anything...when they don't everything becomes difficult.

If you want to heal some pain inside of you...say 'I commit myself to healing this'.  If you want to create something///develop the feeling of 'I will' about it.   This is a feeling, a sensation, a determined and clear approach to life.

To what or whom are you willing to commit today?  Say 'yes' internally and it will begin to happen!!
