[As I remarked elsewhere in these posts on our correspondence, EM and I met up at his place in Guernsey Grove after an absence of 22 years, even if we were in touch through writing. By then, he had no idea who I was -( or rather, he thought I happened to be a former student of his in Singapore called "Nadesan" for short) - owing to: according to EM, himself, his undergoing "memory erasures" just before being "arraigned" by the ruling committee of the Poetry Society in England whose official magazine, "Poetry Review", EM edited - 22 issues - from 1971 to 1977.]

Term is on us already, but I'm already looking forward to some [underlined] of it with enthusiasm. But the first event now is my poetry reading on October 6... since it is a launch for the Talus book. [title: "Peace Projects and Brief Novels", Talus Editions, 1989] I'll be reading mostly from that - but I want to surprise "the fans" !
