... it's the circle of life.

Hello Everyone,

Do you believe in reincarnation? The theory that your spirit can continue on in another form? Well, yesterday, we had what might have be instantaneous reincarnation.

Elle MacPigson was around five years old we suspect, and had been struggling the last week or so. We had been giving her Critical Care, but she didn't show much improvement.

Yesterday, we awoke to her corpse. It would've been a much sadder day if not for the surprise coming later. I soon left to go hunt for cigarette butts to reroll since we are flat broke. When I came back, though, my wife was acting funny, telling me that I had to go film Hazelnut and Butter.

I was confused at first, but soon realized that we had made the mistake of trusting the word of those from whom we rescued Butter and Toast in that they were neutered. They were not. It can be hard to tell, and we think that their balls had not dropped yet when we got them.

The new baby is a girl, and we have yet to name her. We're wanting to see more of her personality first. So far, she is mostly unafraid when you pick her up. It's amazing how fast they are ready for the world.

It's also possible that Hazelnut got pregnant again before we separated her and Butter. There might be more surprises on the way.

We also have a new guinea pig. A baby boy that came with two adult mommas and two of their daughters. We were holding onto them for another sanctuary until they could come to get them. We separated the boy to be safe and let him roam around with Jax and Jet.

They all quickly bonded and, Runway, has been cleaning Jax's butt and his ears and Jax loves to groom him with his tongue. Jax is now nicknamed, Flight Control. He lets Runway sleep under him as he likes to sleep leaning onto his stuffed llama. It is stupidly cute.

On another sad note, we had our food bank delivery stolen again. The deliverer called us, but wouldn't wait for us to go downstairs, and in that time, it was swiped. If they won't bring it to our door, there's no point in them delivering it at all.

Anywhose, I'm sure I'm forgetting something. It really feels like it's been just non-stop; this is happening, that's happening, oh… and we got a hamster from the same soon-to-not-be neighbor from whom we got Maxwell, the Incognito Tuxedo. Pictures of her will come next time. Ciao for now.

Thank you so much for reading. Please consider leaving a tip or supporting our rescued pets through this wishlist. Have a wonderful day....[[|:-)
