A short Glad-To-Be-Back message to our old friends at AD and, hopefully a lot of new friends.
After a long, long absence from AD we finally renewed our membership, almost a year ago. Yes, it is sort of sad that almost another year went by and not one single little post from us.
But, here I am, at least startig with a short article about our return and what we are thinking about to do around here, as well as a short little scratch on the surface of our long time away from here.
As a few of you might remember, we had a few books and a lot of stories posted and even more poems. And it was lots of fun to hear the thoughts of readers and authors on our work, as well as letting other authors know how we felt about their work, what could be improved, what was perfect and wonderful from our point of view.
Well, life happens, things change, people develop and, so every now and then smaller or bigger disasters strike.
We both had some serious struggles with our health over the time we were gone and we fought well and so far it all worked out.
Our youngest son grew into a wonderful young man and professionel Mixed Martial Arts Fighter and writer on the side. While he does not like to publish his stories, I must say, they are great. The rest of our kids, already grown, aged along and developed into even more beautiful souls than they already were. Another dog came inot our lives, a little black bundle of energy that can even wear out our big old Husky.
We bought a new home in a lovely area with our own, even if small, little land of trees and our heads are filled like never before with ideas for books and stories.
That said, in the future we will post new stories, for young and old alike and a few chapters of the books we are working on. And, most of all, we are so looking forward to read, read, read!
