Versatile sets include saloons, churches, brothels, jails, general stores, stables, blacksmith shops, schoolhouses, apothecary, barber shop, stagecoaches, wagons, and other period vehicles, livestock, longhorn cattle, variety of guns, props and set dressing, offering a variety of terrain, nestled among old-growth trees. Main Streets and the interior of each building are decorated with period light fixtures, provisions, stained-glass, wood stoves and antiques.

Several ranches are permanent sets complete with flowing streams, windmills, watertanks, wagon wheels, whiskey kegs and room for expansion with onsite caretakers for film production only.
