Sweetwater has cast Hank Williams Jr's Popcorn Sutton's Tennessee White Whiskey in The Biker Chronicles, so fitting Hank should be a character. And it gives him a chance to promote his Whiskey! What more should a Sweetwater film do! Firebrand!
There was a moonshiner by the name of Marvin "Popcorn" Sutton. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Marvin_Sutton He died and bequeathed his Moonshine recipe to former Supercross professional Jamey Grosser of J&M Concepts. In 2010, Country Star Hank Williams, Jr. announced his partnership with J&M Concepts to distill Popcorn Sutton's Tennessee White.
Sweetwater has scripted in many country stars, Toby Keith, Jamey Johnson, Shooter Jennings and Miranda Lambert. Sweetwater has located a copper still to make the bootleg liquor. In Colorado, Moonshining is legal and it may be sold. The storyline Panama Whiskey in Sweetwater's Biker Chronicles audio recording has been adapted in the film script. The moonshine will be made right on the set out back in the woods. How's that for another Sage Sweetwater original film?
