Solar Plexus Chakra.

Endocine gland: Pancreas

Associated problems: diabetes,
    liver disease, gall stone...

As I read what this chakra means,
I begin to realize that I need to work on balancing this area.

I have been recently diagnosed
with borderline diabetes, and two years ago I suffered a kidney stone attack.

This is just one more reminder, that I must go back to the Reiki healing of my own body.
I cannot help others if I am not practicing what I preach.

It is so important to take care of ourselves, we go about our lives and think we are healthy, but in reality there are so many other things we can do to improve our quality of life.

I have the tools to be very healthy, but sometimes lose my focus on my own healing in order to help others.

I know From this day forward I will concentrate on  balancing my solar plexus chakra...
