Everyone needs a prayer covering...

PRAYER FOR THE COVERING OF THREE (FULL VERSION)

While prayer can change and save lives, many people around the world are not covered in prayer. Living in critical times, such as we are, there has never been such a greater time to pray, not just for our personal needs but for that of a stranger, an enemy and a neighbor in our lives as well.

What if…as “Christians and Believers” we had access to the throne of our Lord and Savior, to ask the Lord that that we would on behalf of others; to seek our Lord on behalf of others; to knock at the gates of heaven that the gates of heaven would be open to us and, more importantly, that our prayers would be heard in heaven and that we could be a part of a lifesaving and changing experience.

Scripture of Reference: John 15: 7 (KJV), “If ye abide in me, and my words abide in you, ye shall ask what ye will and, and it shall be done unto you.”, and Matthew 7:7-8 (KJV), “Ask, and it shall be given you; seek, and ye shall find; knock, and it shall be open unto you: For everyone that asketh receiveth; and he that seeketh findeth; and to him that knocketh it shall be opened.”

Besides the gift of Salvation, Prayer and Communication with our Lord and Savior and our Heavenly Father, by way of the Holy Spirit, would have to be one of the most significant of all blessings bestowed upon us! That we have accessibility to the throne; by way of the Holy Spirit, who knows our thoughts and hears our whispers, surely, The Lord hears the cries of His people: His children. So let us pray with all our hearts, minds and souls all the way to the throne:

Praying for the unbelieving, the lost, the hurting, and those without hope that there would be Salvation, Deliverance and Healing, for the young and old alike. Continuing to pray until you hear from heaven; for the night is surely coming, yet, our Lord is not willing for any to perish. Go before the Lord and ask that He may search your heart and give you a heart of compassion; that you should become a winner of souls for His glorious kingdom, in a time such as this.

For the first three days ask the Lord to remove anything from your life that is unlike Him; that He would sanctify you and make you Holy: that he would teach you to be childlike and that He would increase your faith and belief as you surrender your all to Him. Begin to pray and search the scriptures and find more time each day to spend in the presence of the Lord. On the third day pray that the Lord would fill your heart with compassion and give you discernment as to the three people (a stranger, an enemy and a neighbor) that you should pray for over the next three weeks.

Follow with three weeks of prayer: Seek the Lord each day on behalf of the three people that you will be covering in prayer. Always seek the Lord by way of His Holy Spirit in the direction and time for praying for these three individuals. Always pray with all your heart, mind and soul (without distraction)—as if their very lives depended on it. If you feel led to pray in the middle of the night, let the spirit lead you in how to pray, just begin to pray… Always give thanks to the Lord for you are a vessel unto His glory. He will begin to change and bless your life as you seek Him with all your heart, on behalf of others.

For the next three days: Knock for three days at the gates of heaven and spend time visiting with our Lord and Savior getting to know Him more and more each day; as you would a friend or others close in your life—He wants an intimate relationship with you and desires that you would seek Him out.

On your final day of prayer, the 28th day, take time to praise the Lord day and night at His throne; in His presence.
