Who says losing weight can't be enjoyable?

(Attention: This is just a JOKE... but if you try it and it works, please let me know!:)

I think people are completely passing over porn as a weight-loss aid, and I want to call everyone's attention to this glaring omission! After all, what is the Number One thing that people do when they're looking at porn? I'll wait while you figure it out... got it? OK. Well, that 'activity' creates a rise in body temperature and heartbeat, and also utilizes the abdominal, leg, and arm muscles as well as increasing respiration, so it qualifies as a short workout!

Tonight, instead of having desert and then parking your butt in front of the TV all night, just walk over to your computer and do a porn search! Then settle back and have yourself a nice, enjoyable 'exercise' session! You might have your partner join you, so you can both reap the benefits! Who says losing weight can't be a blast? Isn't this more fun than playing those obnoxious exercise tapes and listening to that crappy music? I can guarantee that after you've finished and taken a shower, you'll feel LOTS more relaxed! And you won't be obsessed with how many more pounds you have to lose, because you'll actually be looking forward to your next 'exercise' session-- in fact, your partner might have to unplug your computer just so you'll get some sleep!

Screw you, you overpriced health-club owners, there's a much easier way to lose weight... as long as the power doesn't go out!

Yes, I'm sure sexercise can work...given copious amounts of vitamin E and so long as we steer clear of those pesky hand cramps.

Fine writing!
