The two questions are directed to Douglas McCarron at a meeting with the UBC- BC carpenters in Canada.
1. Will our members be entitled to vote on any proposed mergers and creation of new Regional Councils?
2. Will our members have the right to elect any founding delegates or officers of Regional Councils?
