Status touches on common law, nationality, and social status by giving to its readers a brief look into the means by which persons' god given rights are being abridged by way of legislation.
The Common Law is the basis for all laws. Common Law is based upon Common Sense which is a derivative of the Human experience. It is based upon simple reasoning and factors out of a Birthright that all persons with a Birthmark (Nav-El) are due as a result of their rise into consciousness. If YOU are in In-Full Life, a Real Live, Flesh and Blood person, non-avatar then YOU are not the property of the Sovereign and can fend for your self as Nature's Laws intended. On the other hand, if YOU are nom de guerre, de facto, 14th Amendment person, whose NAME IS SPELLED IN ALL CAPS, then YOU are a Private Corporation with investors (you call them bill collectors, employers, congress (which are really Board members to the de facto U.S. Demos), county / state / city officials).
Unknowingly Mothers have signed away their children to Bonds (birth certificates) and these children come to age, and begin corporatizing their own selves by spelling their name in ALL CAPS on different contracts and agreements. By entering into these agreements YOU the Real Live Flesh are rob of His Birthright to move freely about the land and Live as True to your Fore-Fathers and Fore-Mothers as you can. YOU have allowed your Birthrights to be usurped, the Name of another rest upon YOUR head showing to the world that YOU are not only a Descendant of a Slave, YOU are and still a slave b/c YOU will not accept the Name and titles of YOUR Fore-Mothers and Fore-Fathers. Many have heard this before without understanding the importance of the Name in a Legal venue. Ancient Law suggest that the Name of a Person is supposed to convey to an audience the Pedigree / Title / Ancestry / Lineage / Root of the Being and that without a Proper Name addressing the aforementioned YOU are incompetent and in need of a Holder / Authority to ensure that YOU do not hurt yourself or others.
In a Legal sense all persons referring to themselves as negro, black, colored, African-American, latino, Hispanic, Ethiopian, Native American, American Indian, etc. especially those with European names are not in their Proper Person. In Propria Persona, or Proper Person is a status with a positive standing before the court because of positive social and political status amidst the community. Without it, the status is negative, contrary to positive law / status, and when in court you are addressed as the defendant / Pro Se facing prosecution.
For the Free White Persons (1870 Nationalization Act), they know and you know who they are, when they walk into a Courtroom they exist in their Proper Person. A Descendant of the slaves of the Americas with the last name Scott, Sanchez, Flores, Jackson, etc. being summoned into a court with these names (IN ALL CAPS) cannot be In Propria Persona because none of these last names represent the actual names of the descendants’ Fore-Fathers and Fore-Mothers. They are therefore the less desirables of society and in a Democracy (where the majority rules) are at the hands of the White Person (an Ancient term for status in society, equated to God on Earth or a Lord). The large numbers of Asiatics / Moors (Non-Romans) in prison and impoverished is no coincidence. This is the result of the Colonists’ Manifest Destiny – the usurpation of Land, Birthrights, and Titles of the Noble Indigenous of the North and South Gate, contemporarily called North, Central, and South America and the adjoining islands (Americanas). You are without a doubt the descendant of your Fore-Mothers and Fore-Fathers and are deserving of the same status [the Sovereign] as they once held in this land. All Men should have the right to worship under his own vine and fig tree.
