I waited twenty-two years and twenty-two weeks
Not knowing what might be next
Getting ready for them to do their checks
Everyone here has got a sect
All dressed up they look so sleek
I could bury these people with no weeps
Their slurs are fears
Playing notes for my ears
And their leader a fool
A function of a process;
You know like a tool
They worry me not with their plots
For they have just dug their grave
My intentions were good but
Should they goof and act or mis-behave
I’ll strike like a flash
And kill your class
You know,
The people I saved
I paid the price
And gave my life
For what was right
But tonight I will not fight
I give to my most inner thoughts
Heaven forgive me,
They have tempt me
With everything I was naught.
