Is God in the daily plans you make? We make crucial decisions without including God. In the end, all fails, we're offended and God is described as a God who doesn't care.

You were created for a reason. When God designed you, He had a purpose on mind. You were first a thought, and then conceived as an important element to fulfilling God’s ultimate plan. Rest assure, you are not a mistake.

Though it is clear that God created us for a reason, it is unclear why we attempt to adventure in life without including Him. We make crucial decisions without including God. In the end, all fails, we’re offended and God is described as a God who doesn’t care.

God is the source of our strength. He created us, therefore, knows all about us. He knows what we need. But is God in our agenda? Are you saved? Have you repented? Have you redirected your life back to God? Have you included Him or are you trying to move on without Him. If God is not there, all your energy is in vain and your plans will not prosper.

When I was in pain and distress, I spent a lot of time praying, talking, and crying out to God. I felt He was the only One who could ease my pain, lift my burdens, restore my soul and deliver me from what I was going through. I was right. I tried leaning on others. I tried opening up and sharing my hurt with them. I tried fighting the battle myself, but when all else failed, only the presence of God remained. I then turned to God to talk, cry, pray and sing every time my heart felt heavy. And in return, the presence and the peace of God filled my heart, casting out the hurt, pain and loneliness I endured. I trusted God to protect me from others and myself. He did. Eventually the hurt was over and I was still able to live and love because I made God my focus.

Is God your focus? What do I mean by that? Here’s an example question. Is God your focus, or do you drink to nullify the pain? Is God your focus, or do you do drugs to avoid dealing with your problems? Is God your focus, or do you always have to be around someone to keep yourself from being alone? Do you run to God and run to other things to confront you? Have you even consulted God about your plans? For example, going back to school may be great, but perhaps not in the city or state you want to go to. Perhaps God’s plan calls for you to work in the church where you are. Just maybe you are to help lead where you. It may seem like a small issue, but it can lead to major problems in the future. This is the reason why we should seek God’s approval for everything we wish to do, because some things may not be in His will for your life.

If you are seeking a change in your life, I urge you to seek God first. If your not saved, I urge you to give your life to Jesus Christ right now. No, it doesn’t take a lot of formalities to enter in the family God. All you have to do is believe and receive. Romans 10:9 says, “if you confess with your mouth the Lord Jesus and believe in your heart that God has raised Him from the dead, you will saved.” Romans 10:11 says, “For the scriptures says, “Whoever believes on Him will not be put to shame.” Romans 10:13 says, “Whoever calls upon the name of the Lord shall be saved.” So if you would like to give your life to Christ, all you have to do is confess with your mouth and believe in your heart that Jesus Christ died on the cross for your sins that you might be saved, and you will be saved. It’s just that simple. Say it and believe it.

I invite you to pray this simple pray with me. “Father, I’ve done things that wasn’t pleasing to you. Forgive me for my sins I’ve sinned against you. I repent of them and choose to turn away from my evil ways and trust you to lead me in the right direction. Thank you for giving your son that I might be free. Thank you for freely accepting me into the Kingdom of God. Amen.
