It goes without saying our nation is experiencing a leadership crisis. Surveys are showing that
waht is needed urgently is Competent, quality, spiritual, moral & principled-centered leadership. Not just in the church, but the government, community, business, schools and our homes.

Bishop Vashti McKenzie shared a few years back that there is a “crisis in confidence” in leadership today.

We have people with all kinds of titles but there is chaos.

We are in need of true , spiritual leaders. Now for us the ultimate example of a leader is Our Lord Jesus Christ. He represents the attributes of a true leader and we are going to define what is leadership, discuss some qualities of leadership and what to avoid so that you do not find yourself the culprit of disunity & disharmony among the brethren.

• Called to do a great work for God - This leader’s faith is surrendered to their relationship with God. Ezekiel 2:3-8. Spiritual leaders are ones who makes a difference including being willing to do the right thing.
