A call on the Human Race:

Passive and active omissions are crimes. Any country that violates the Human Rights is an out law; the countries that witness their violation, and silence, are due to be judged for passive and active omissions.

Compassion I am, my name is Love, and my words are truth, sincerity and justice. There is a lull in my world, the world that I reign over, a grand kingdom of truth. There is a lull in my thoughts as I try to swallow the bad taste of deceit and denial. There is a lull in my heart as I watch the work of betrayal and try to protect the innocence.

Is it not a Poet's path to stand outside with clear and true thought; to protect with pen truth and justice; to know right from wrong?! It is a sad world today where the individual has been cast away; the indifference is visible from Canterbury to Vatican; (The Church of England and the Roman Church.); from the World Council of Churches to the UN Security Council; and the list goes on to the International Courts of all jurisdictions, mainly The International Criminal Court (ICC), that has mandate to investigate, charge, and try people suspected of genocide, crimes against humanity, and war crimes worldwide.

The Western world hired Jesus Christ to defend their ways, the Middle East hired Mohammed; and the Far East hired Buddha, and the individual willingly took a back seat. Deceit has become so enmeshed into society that people now believe it to be the truth. The judge is "God"! It is a hypocritical world smothering the inner voice to protect material interests and false importance! It is all too easy to fall into a world of self-importance, and righteousness. There is a small voice warning one at the beginning, but with the warm support from those surrounding one, listening to their excuses and witnessing their gain, one can slide through self-deceit which gradually turns into self-truth. The more deceitful one is, the more praise is received. It is convenient to let go and wallow.

I have mused over this phenomenon, and come to the conclusion that isolation in groups is the key to growth of an unhealthy ego. When one is a rib in the belly of the United Nations, White House, or any prominent group, one is surrounded by other ribs; and a whole unique digestive system gradually becoming attuned to this one particular body and separated from all others, yes, proudly isolated. The inner voice is the leader! One begins to lose touch with the reality of the inner self. The pay is good, the perks are great, the sense of belonging is magical, and the team spirit is tearful... I could go on and on.

Hush I say… listen! What is truth… what is real… what can be trusted... Is it the teaching of one's social environment, or is it already residing within, waiting for its voice to be heard and respected, knowing truth without learning, knowing love without wondering, knowing self for time eternal.

We are not gifted flowers to color, stars to sparkle, sun to shine, and moon to light… no… they are hints they hold all the secrets of Universal bliss. They are our teachers and our truth.

If I had a wish for this world of ours as I can see how perfect it deeply is… Yes, my wish would be to bequeath thirty minutes silence a day to each country and its inhabitants… then and only then may the inner voice have its way and the world learn to say "NO" to betrayal!
