Note: This is a commentary on how the Carpenters Union and the U.S. Government tie together with the New World Order plan to form a new type of slavery in the U.S. out of the Illegal Aliens fleeing from their oppressed countries to the United States. Or is it new...

— In his rise to power, Hitler stated that it gave him great pleasure that the people did not know what was happening to them.  The

United States saved what remained of the German people following Hitler's heinous acts in his efforts to establish the perfect system.  Who will save the American people from the same fate?[1] —

— H.G. Wells advised in his 1940 work The New World Order that "... when the struggle seems to be drifting definitely towards a world social democracy, there may still be very great delays and disappointments before it becomes an efficient and beneficent world system. Countless people … will hate the new world order ... and will die protesting against it.[2] —

International...United Brotherhood of Carpenters & Joiners of America (UBCJA), General President Douglas J. McCarron was first elected in 1995. His vision was to increase our membership to give us more power at the bargaining table with the employers, thus increasing our market share...jobs.

Throughout his career, Doug McCarron has been known for combining innovative leadership and sound management practices with genuine concern for rank-and-file union members and unrepresented building trades workers.[3]

– When I was elected General President of the Brotherhood at the 1995 Convention, the delegates spoke openly and strongly to resolutions for change. I have taken the Brotherhood's direction seriously. In the past four years, we have made many changes throughout Canada and the United States - positive changes that affect how we operate, serve our membership and compete in the changing marketplace.

To survive as an effective union and provide good paying, safe jobs for our membership, we must re-organize our structure and our membership and regain lost market share. – Douglas J. McCarron

Since then McCarron has been seen talking to George W. Bush (R) numerous times and flying in Air Force One with him after Bush stole the election and became President. In a movement whose anthem is “Solidarity Forever,” Douglas J. McCarron, defiantly marches to a different drummer, so much so that some union leaders worry that he has marched into the enemy’s camp.[4]

Bush On Labor - "Worse than Ronald Reagan"[5]  March 27, 2003; Last year, Bush and congressional Republicans held hostage the bill creating the new Department of Homeland Security, insisting on eliminating the collective bargaining rights of its 170,000 workers. Bush tried to sell his point by invoking national security concerns, an insulting gesture to the nation's brave first responders, who are overwhelmingly unionized. (Separately, Bush also prevented tens of thousands of airport security screeners from organizing into unions.)

Let us see how McCarron has gone about this new plan for the UBCJA.

On March 29, 2001, McCarron pulled out of the AFL-CIO[6] His speeches were very convincing to all the officers and union members as to the reasons why...

This sounded like a good idea back in 1995, and something that was needed to increase membership and market share within our union. By 2003, there had been some gains in organizing, but the unionized section of the private, non-government, work force remained at the then dangerously low nine percent (9%). Since 2001 with both the efforts of the AFL-CIO and the new coalition now formed which consisted of six unions in America, which included the UBCJA called the Change to Win Coalition,[7] 12.6 percent (12.6%) of all U.S. civilian workers are represented by a union.

Ruth Milkman of the UCLA labor institute said, “This is good news for organized labor. It shows that despite an extremely hostile environment, unions can grow.” –

But how are the unions growing in the New World Order market place? Many of these people are undocumented workers with employment cards to work in the U.S., but are citizens of other countries. They are the new slaves of this country. Fact: Undocumented workers on the union construction jobsites and other union professions are being counted as increasing our union membership. This has been part of the UBCJA plan under Douglas J. McCarron to increase our numbers in the carpenters union. Unions are allowing the employers to get away with paying them less than union scale and violating our union contract whenever they need to. Not only the carpenters are doing this, but many other unions across America are in on it, too!

Some unions are fighting back by trying to control this new form of corruption and slavery of the undocumented workers in unions. Some of these union leaders are demagogues, pandering to the multitudes of Americans for selfish reasons, greed and power...just like McBush & Company (Bush/McCain).

Where, then, does this leave all the other existing members in our unions? It leaves many of them without jobs because the undocumented workers will work for less money.

Five hundred union carpenters where dropped from one carpenter local for lack of paying their dues, they could not find work and were not able to pay their monthly dues. This is a local that has approximately 2000 members, many of which are already retired carpenters.

McCarron did not tell the membership that his new plan would include concessions given to employers to hire undocumented immigrant workers at a lower wage to take the existing members place...union members that are already citizens or residents of the United States.

Union Chief to Return $200,000 from Stock Deal Under Inquiry — The president of the carpenters' union, Douglas J. McCarron, President Bush’s closest friend in organized labor, has agreed to return more than $200,000 in profits he made in a stock deal that is under federal investigation.[8] —

This story reads like what the Republican Clan has been doing for over twenty eight (28) years…insider trading with the stock market with our money!

On August 16, 2008, I wrote an article called “The New Corporate UBCJA.[9]”  I addressed how the UBCJA has gone from a union supporting the working members and their families to a union that supports only the position of the Executive Board Officers in Washington, D.C. and the power that they want to have over all other unions in America and Canada. This has been their goal since Douglas J. McCarron was elected as the General President in 1995. Many union carpenters across the U.S. have been insisting that the 2000 election was stolen by ghost delegates infiltrating the UBCJA Convention for the re-election of McCarron and his team. Some indicated that they have proof.

I do not know if this is true —But too many of the carpenters across America and Canada are saying the same thing. You decide...with everything else I have investigated to be true .

The UBCJA is no longer mentioned in any activities that are part of the coalitions Change to Win or AFL-CIO in 2008. Is this because of their plan to take over with the ONE BIG UNION that has been tried before and failed?[10]

With all of this planning and positioning for power in the carpenters union against the other unions/coalitions in America, it has been the existing union members that are losing, and no one is doing or saying anything in our union.

Is this because of the lack of education in our membership, a lack of interest in politics in our country or our union, or is it just plain apathy? Or is it the members that have good jobs in our union do not want to think or speak about what they know to be true , because they too are being threatened and intimidated with the loss of their good paying union job?

Placing fear into a person is the key to keeping everyone docile and obedient when it comes to a take-over of a union or a country.

I guess that if people do not have a job or money to feed themselves or their families, they will have no more fear. We will all soon see the beginning of the New Revolution in America...this phase will not be just verbal and written words.

Immigration and what it really means in this country today...and how this ties to our unions...

Excerpt from The Nation, magazine, “Railroading Immigrants”

— U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE), KBR a division of Government and Infrastructure was awarded an Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) no-bid contract in 2006 to support the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) which has enlisted state and local authorities in its campaign to criminalize work.

Vice President Dick Cheney (R) of the United States was CEO of Halliburton/KBR until the public found out. He resigned in August 2000, giving him a retirement package worth more than $33.7 million![11]Blackwater, USA, another IDIQ no-bid contractor completes the training of the ICE officers on the East and West Coast, and Midwest training facilities located in the United States. Blackwater, USA is a private military contractor co-founded by millionaire and former Navy Seal, Erik Prince. Blackwater, USA offers "tactical training," firing range and target systems, and security consulting under the company's subdivisions: BlackwaterTrainingCenter, Blackwater Target Systems, Blackwater Security Consulting and Blackwater Canine. Blackwater markets that it provides "a spectrum of support to military, government agencies, law enforcement and civilian entities in training, targets and range operations as a solution provider."

Last year Arizona passed bills requiring state employers to use the E-Verify system to ensure they were not hiring the undocumented. Employers must verify an applicant’s immigration status with a database, which DHS said in 2007 “is still not sufficiently up-to-date to meet...requirements for accurate verification. The original bill would have punished any employer that protested; the law was changed so that they would be fined only for future hiring.

E-Verify will make undocumented workers more vulnerable to exploitation. One woman employed in a Tucson bakery, who withheld her name, explained that she was getting $10 per hour for tending the oven, while legal residents were getting $16 for the same job. Stating, “If I leave or get fired, how will I find another job, with a bad Social Security number?” she wondered.

Another Tucson union organizer, also afraid to be identified, added that construction workers told her that contractors lowered wages from $18 to $10 per hour after the law passed, and told them to bring their own tools to the job. She described rising unemployment, with workers leaving for other states. “It is not going to stop us from organizing the union,” she said, “but it will certainly make it harder.” —

The E-Verify law was scheduled to take effect in Illinois on January 1, 2008, but the state has agreed to not enforce this law until DHS’ lawsuit is over.[12] The state of Illinois has agreed not to enforce HB 1744, a law passed this session that limits law-abiding employers from using federal employment verification systems to determine the legal status of job applicants.  This legally questionable legislation was signed into law by Governor Blagojevich (D) August 13, 2007.[13] This is clearly a Republican type of proposal that will benefit the employer, not stop or regulate them from hiring undocumented workers!

Note: You cannot trust them ALL; Democrat or Republican, check their past records, if they have one! If not, do not elect them to office again. The doublespeak in this country by politicians (and union representatives) is unbearable...HELP TO MAKE IT STOP, VOTE INTELLIGENTLY, with facts, not their words...

I would like to put some food for thought out there before the election for Governor of Illinois; vote for Lisa Madigan, current Attorney General to be our next Governor of Illinois for January 2011...

While other unions and coalitions in America are fighting feverishly to organize and protect workers rights whether U.S. citizens, residents or undocumented workers...these undocumented workers have been allowed to work in the United States and still be a citizen of another country by the new laws passed by George W. Bush (R) and our Senate and Congress within the past eight years. The UBCJA is continuing to give these types of concessions to its union employers. The union employer is in fact allowed to lower the union wages of undocumented workers, as long as they pay into the benefits plan for the union carpenters.

The hourly rate in Illinois, Lake, Cook, and DuPage counties that a union employer must pay is currently around $16.75; this is not the hourly wage rate, just the benefits package. What better way to increase membership and keep our union strong than to allow the union employer to lower the union wage scale, without our knowledge and blame it on the illegal immigrants...and as a bargaining chip and a hand shake, tell the union employer that the condition is that they continue to pay the hourly benefits as signed and agreed upon during negotiations’ for our union contracts. Then our union representatives can look the other way for all other violations of our bargaining agreement (contract).

This will not only help to get American’s unemployment numbers to be lowered, show that our membership is in fact increasing, but also document that our carpenters union continues to be strong with the trillions of dollars collected for our Health/Welfare and Pension benefits increasing every year across America. And let us not talk about the government under another Republican administration taxing our pensions! Then our union administration would have to give themselves a third pension to pay the taxes to the government.

And let us all forget about solidarity and the reason why our union charter was formed in the first place in 1881; this is of course a New World Order, as proclaimed by many throughout our history, and as feverously voiced in the past twenty eight years by all the Presidents in the United States. And more times then I can count by George W. Bush (R).

Let us all forget about our Objectives in the UBCJA Constitution to coordinate bargaining toward the goal of taking wages out of competition...

Let us all forget the revised section under Labor Legislation in the UBCJA Constitution that states, “It is of the greatest importance that members should vote intelligently, hence the members of this Brotherhood shall strive to secure legislation in favor of those who produce the wealth of the country, and all discussions and resolutions in that direction shall be in order at any regular meeting.” And over the past eight years the UBCJA General President has taken away the power from the union members to vote for different positions in our union...giving the power to the employers to do what they want (those who produce the wealth of the country) as long as they do not forget the UBCJA’s fair share...

How much intelligence does it take to see that all we have heard is the same political doublespeak that all politicians and union representatives have used for centuries in this country?

We have allowed our union to come to a shameful place in this country over power and greed by our New UBCJA Corporate Union plan put together by Douglas J. McCarron.

Bush and McCarron have opened up a new type of slavery in this country with the manipulation of immigrant workers to take the jobs away from citizens making fair working union wages that has in fact made up middle class America. Without middle class America, all we will have left is the rich and the poor which will be in bondage, waiting for the government to feed them, clothe them, and give them a place to rest, before they go back to work...if they do not do what your government or unions want, they will be intimidated by the employer and be deported to their naturalized country of birth.

What will be left for the current citizens and residents in this country? The same...but still living in this country waiting in food lines for food, and shelters for rest. It is happening NOW!

How do you destroy a nation?

— Control the nation’s monetary system. Tax the population, incurring massive debt. Institute various handouts. Kill the unions that demand livable wages, medical benefits and pensions. Close down local industries, and ship them overseas, if workers balk at lower wages… Shut down mills, plants and shops and send them to foreign lands where labor costs are mere pennies. Import foreign workers for one third of American wages. [14]—

How do you destroy a union and give it New Life?

— The Bush administration gave an executive order that would eliminate a union-preferred method of labor organizing at large to government contractors. The executive order requires contractors to use secret-ballot elections, instead of card checks, for union organizing or risk losing government contracts. Labor leaders prefer a card-check system in which workers can form a union if a majority of them sign a union-authorization card. — Wall Street Journal, 2008

AFL-CIO had a campaign this year called “Employee’s Free Choice Act.” This campaign was to try and reverse what the Bush executive order has done. Where was the UBCJA during this campaign to save our unions and its employees from manipulation, intimidation and oppression by the employers? They were not with all the other unions who encouraged their union members to volunteer for this campaign. Not one of the carpenter locals in the Chicago Regional Council of Carpenters (CRCC) started to announce this campaign until September when the campaign was over on Labor Day. Even then, only individual carpenters took it upon themselves to participate before the word got out when they heard of it without an announcement at their carpenter union locals.

It is not the UBCJA’s intention to destroy our union, but to make it stronger with a New Corporate Union...to lower the wage scale by allowing our union employers to pay the undocumented workers less, replacing our existing union carpenters that make higher union scale than the economy can handle, encourage the employers to continue paying into the health/welfare & pension plan to keep the money in the bank accounts getting fatter, thus allowing the executive officers of our union to continue getting two and three pensions, extra money of which they get paid six hours at 1 ½ times the hourly rate in their one hour meetings, etc. which in turn allows our union(s) to survive in this New World Order.

The carpenters union as we have known it is on its death bed, waiting to take its last breath!

Again, where are the existing union members, the citizens and residents of the U.S. in this new McBush/McCarron plan?

7. A union trusteeship is different from that of being a trustee for a trust. Most American national union constitutions contain a provision for the parent union to take over a regional, state or local union under certain conditions. These conditions vary from union to union. Some requirements are quite strict and require lengthy due process investigations; others may be imposed for little or even no reason, including mere political disagreement. Under most union trusteeships, the parent union is able to impose new leaders (commonly national union staff), take over the assets and offices of the union, and depose existing officers, fire staff, and more. Federal law governs trusteeships, and unions must be returned to democratic control within certain time periods.
