First of all, let me wish Everyone ...

CORN ... or MAIZE ...
As the Indians used to call it ...
Is a Very Versatile Thing!

Usually, the First use we think of, is Corn on the Cob ...
Several varieties ...
Regular Yellow, White, Mixed ...
Shoe-Peg, Silver Queen ...
And even Horse-Corn, that we feed to Animals.

I like my Cobs Smothered in Butter ...
Then Doused plentifully With ...
Old Bay Seasoning! YUM!

Then, we have all the other Forms ...
Frozen Corn, Canned Corn, Crushed Corn ...
All just moments away from being Savored ...
With Hot Melting Pads of Butter!

Another form of Corn Ingestion ...
Is ... Corn Starch ...
Used mostly in Baking.

Next, we have Corn Syrup ...
Mostly High Fructose Corn Syrup ...
Not really Good for us ... But ...
The FDA allows It in Everything!

How about Corn Meal ?
It's used to Coat certain Food Items.

Oops! Almost forgot ... Another Favorite ...
Corn Delicacy ... Popped Corn!
Best Buttered Also!

Next kind of Corn I thought of is ... Liquid ...
Ethyl Alcohol ... Drinking Alcohol ...
AKA ... Corn Liquor ... White Lightening!

The Other Liquid ... which we Don't Drink ...
Is ... Ethanol ... we put It in our Cars.
Most Pumps indicate 10 % Ethanol!

So ... there You have it ...
