ADMINISTRATION FAILED TO ACT!
CONGRESS - MOSTLY REPUBLICANS -
FAILED TO ACT!

I have heard of that documentary either, but I agree with most of what you have written because I have read it from other sources.
I just happened on another documentary that I hadn't heard of either, The Corporation, available free with a lot of other documentaries at Snagfilms.com. The root of the problem is clear, as Ed has stated below.
Recently, and I'm just getting around to it, Playboy interviewed Dick Cheney after the release of his biography. It's really unbelievable the way this materialistic, military sick greedy second rate student insinuated himself into government and then, ran Halliburton, the company that profited most from the second Iraq war and Afghanistan through contracts for just about everything without having to go through the bid process. Millions have come up missing in those contracts.
I just read where Halliburton lost 283 million last year. Perhaps their sucking tit on our tax dollars has dried up? But I'm hearing a lot of concern about the "secret fast tracking" of the Transpacific Trade Deal that Obama apparently is for. It's all about corporations for corporations sake. The only citizens in Citizens United are the controlling stockholders and CEOs of the corporations, milking the earth for all they can with their golden paradises to escape to when all hell breaks loose.
